INTER PARENTS  MINI GOLF  TOURNAMENT 2012-13
            This is to inform you that INTERNATIONAL TURKISH HOPE SCHOOL is going to arrange an Inter Parents Mini Golf Tournament which is scheduled to be held on 31st May this exceptional event as a contestant. Parent  who are willing to take part in this tournament are requested to fill up the registration form and return it to the deputy head of the relevant school  by  27 may.
         Please!!!  Go through the registration form and rules of the tournament in the attached document given along with the notice for your reference.

Tournament details

Venue: Uttara Senior Boys Campus (on the roof)

Some Rules of Mini Golf:
1. Each game starts from its numbered area
2. When the ball is at edges or in the corners in a 10 cm. distance, can be hit in this opening.
3. There is a 7 hit rights of each game. A score of 7 is written to game column of the player who did
no score any points after the 6
4. Upon the ball leaving the game course, the game starts from the beginning point.
5. The player who did the minimum hit, wins the game.
6. If two player end up in a tie, then the scores of the last 6 holes are calculated. If there is still tie,
then the scores of the last 3 holes are calculated. If there is still tie, then the scores of the last hole
are considered.
Registration: Players will register as Single; either as a Men’s, Women’s
Tournament officials reserve the right to modify/cancel events, group assignments etc. Contestants
will be informed of the fixture through an  e-mail.  Please be on time, we default latecomers.
Participants may check in 15 minutes before the event begins.

Awarding Ceremony
Trophies along with a surprise gift box will be awarded to winning players.
