2nd Assessment / CLASS 10 - MATHS RESULTS

VICTORY DAY INTER CLASS TABLE TENNIS TOURNAMET

On 17 th of  November ITHS Physical Education Department organized  Inter-class Table Tennis Tournament to pay tribute to VICTORY DAY. In total 68 students participated in the  tournament.The tournament  was divided into two categories:

Class 6-8 and Class: 9-12

On 9^th December finals of two categories were held. The first final was held between Fuwaz Iqbal of (Class 6) vs   Ahbab Hossain ( Class 8) .After a five sets thriller FUWAZ IQBAL  became the champion in the category of class 6-8. The second final was held between TASHMID AHMED ( Class 12 ) vs SHARIFUL ISLAM ( Class 11). Tashmid knocked out SHARIFUL ISLAM in straight sets to become the first ever hat trick champion of inter class table tennis tournament  ITHS history.  After final matches  Head of Section Mr. Zubeyir Bayram handed over the crests and the certificates to the CHAMPIONS and RUNNER UPS of the  2 categories. All teachers and students were present over there and thanked to Sports director , Mr. Younus Ali for organizing such a spectacular Victory Day table tennis tournament. 

SCHOLARSHIP EXAMINATIONS

ITHS went 5 different destinations for scholarship examinations so far.  Next week, teachers will go for another 4 destinations, for selections.

U14 TEAM BECAME CHAMPION IN PLEDGE HARBOUR SCHOOL TOURNAMENT

ITHS became champion again, in another football tournament, in Pledge Harbour School last week.

Thanks our U14 team and also Mr Younus Ali to bring this honor to ITHS. 

Mr Gazi and Mr Fatih aslo  went to tournament to motivate students.

MathChallenge - THAILAND

Our students participated in the their first international Math Challenge Tournament.

The tournament was held on the 17^th and 18^th of November, 2015 in Bangkok; the Pan-Asia International School organized it with 11 countries in attendance.

The team had been in Thailand for 4 days, for the Math Challenge, from 17^th November to 21^st November. The competition for grade 7,8,9 was held on 18^th November.

The tournament consisted of 453 students in 160 teams from 33 schools. As Boys Section, Uttara Campus, we joined the Math Challenge Olympiad with 5 students from grade 9.

As team category; students participated eagerly in teams of 3, their total scores from the first round determined which of the 4 winning teams would participate in the final round and also each and every student competed as individuals.

The Award ceremony took place in Pan Asia School with the participation of deputy minister of Culture of Thailand.  The students of ITHS got 3 bronze medals in individual, year 9 level category.

Thanks to the students for making us proud. 

INTER-CLASS FOOTBALL TOURNAMENT

Inter-Class Football has finished. 

There was no surprise in 6-8 category, 

but  in 9-12 category no one expected 10A as champions...  

U14 and U16 are CHAMPIONS

We became champion again in Green Herald School in U14 and U16 categories.

ITHS BECAME THE BEST SCHOOL IN 6th BIOCHEMISTRY OLYMPIAD

International Turkish Hope School has been awarded as The Best Institution in 6th Biochemistry Olympiad 2015,in O'Level Category,organised by  Department of Biochemistry & Molecular Biology,University of Dhaka.

One of Our student, Abrar Rahman,Grade 10, got third position in the event in O'Level Category.
