ITHS continues to give scholarship exams to select successful students from different regions of Bangladesh.

 ITHS is going to provide full scholarship for the ones who are selected including accommodation, tuition fees,books and other expenses.

ITHS Career Planning Days

After the presentation of Canadian Education Center recently, also a representative from Antalya International University made presentations on Sunday and Monday for our Boys and Girls section 9 to 12 students.

Students had a chance to ask questions about many issues like the scholarship opportunities,tuition fees,life in university campus,and got brochures and application forms of the universities.

ITHS will continue to arrange this kind of events which will make the students and university representatives meet.

Eid Al Adha Meat Distribution 2011

ITHS sacrificed over 1500 cows this year on Eid al Adha.
And the meat has been distributed to the needy in over 100 different places of Bangladesh.
Thanks to Turkish Communities from Europe,Turkish Businessmen, Turkish NGO Kimse Yok mu and all the Bangladeshi brothers helped us for the organization and distribution.

ITHS U19 Team won the ISD football league championship by beating AgaKhan U19 Team 1-0 in the final game.



Thanks to ISD for organizing such a nice tournament.

ITHS U19 Team won against ISD U19 Team today in semi finals.
And next week we are going to play the final game against AgaKhan School.

IAS 2010 UNSW Gold Medal Winners Ceremony

Yesterday there was a program to felicitate the students from different schools in Bangladesh who had participated IAS 2010 and won medals from the University of New South Wales and Macmillan.

After his success in 2009 IAS exams  Our student from class 10 Tahsinul Huq had an another excellent success in English subject among the students participated from all other countries in the region.
And he got the gold medal again as a Regional Topper but this time he is a Regional Topper in English subject.

He has got the first position in English subject among over 200,000 students from 5950 schools in Asian countries including Bangladesh, Maldives,Nepal, Sri Lanka,and the Middle East.

Our student from class 9 Ragib Mostafa has been also awarded a gold medal as a Country Topper in Computing Studies.That means he got the highest mark among the students who got the computing studies exam in Bangladesh
Even if this is a blog for only 9to12 students  there was another special student, Sara Wasifa who has been awarded a  gold medal as a Country Topper in English subject from our Junior Section Class 5.

ITHS has also been given a remembrance by the organization in appreciation of our participation in IAS 2010 which was collected by Mr. Kemal YAVUZ.

Honorable Ambassador of Turkey to Bangladesh hosted a reception at his residence

 His Excellency Mr. Vakur ERKUL hosted a reception at his residence in honor of the ITHS students who achieved brilliant results in GCE O & A Level examinations.

Principal of Int’l Turkish Hope School Bayram SAATCI, teachers and guardians of the students also attended the event.

The students of International Turkish Hope School scored the world’s 12 highest marks at GCE O-A LEVEL examination held in May and June 2010.

International Turkish Hope School received the best school award in Biochemistry Olympiad 2010 organized by Dhaka University,.

All students got A grade in Biology (20 out of 20 students) and 10 out of 12 students got A grade in Human Biology.17 out of 24 students got A grade in Chemistry and 12 out of 18 students got A grade in Pure Math.

ITHS received one silver medal in International Project Olympiad which was held in Georgia in May 2010 (among 40 participating countries) and one bronze medal in Environmental Project Olympiad held in Turkey May 2010 (among 42 participating countries).
