INFOMATRIX OLYMPIAD - KAZAKHSTAN

2 members of Bangladesh team who have participated in the 4rd INTERNATIONAL INFOMATRIX COMPUTER PROJECT OLYMPIAD have been awarded with a SILVER MEDAL. ABM Ashrafur Rouf and Hasin Rayhan Shiddque, students of Int’l Turkish Hope School and their teacher Semih Bayri , represented Bangladesh in the 4rd International Infomatrix Computer Project Olympiad which was held between 13 and 14 April, 2016 in Almaty, Kazakhstan.

Kazakhstan Institute of Technology, Ministry of Education and Suleyman Demirel University were the organizers of the 4rdInternational InfoMatrix Computer Project Olympiad. 400 students from 28 countries competed in this Olympiad and Bangladesh won the Silver Medal, with a short movie project about theft which was prepared by the great effort of students and their supervisors.

Bangla New Year, 1423
The recorded temperature on April 14, 2016 was 37 degrees Celsius, but that did not stop Bengalis from leaving the comfort of their home to share their excitement and love with others as they welcomed the new Bengali year 1423. On this day, Bengalis around the globe rise with the sun to celebrate the day that marks the beginning of the Bengali calendar. This celebration is incomplete without traditional platters of leftover rice soaked in water (pantabha...at), hilsha fish, dried fish (shutki), pickles and green chilies, and fairs! Hence, keeping in mind the enthusiasm Bengali people share, International Turkish Hope School organizes an alluring fair every year on Pohela Boishakh to celebrate this special day.

FACTORY VISIT

ACADEMIA - MATH OLYMPIAD

ITHS joined a math competition on Saturday. There were 4 categories which were  for class 6,      class 7, O-Level, and A-Level. 5 of  ITHS  students (FUWAZ, TANVIR, OBAID, TAASEEN and TASHMID) got awarded.
