   Dear Parents,

   We are pleased to inform you that students, presently studying in Uttara Senior Boys Section, will continue their education at our Uttara Main Campus with effect from 2012 - 2013 Academic Year and enjoy 50% concession on monthly tuition fees during their study at Uttara Main Campus.
    Besides, just for the first year (2012 – 2013 Academic Year) they will also get Tk.2,000 discount on their monthly tuition fees.                                       School Management 06.06.2012

Dear Students and Parents,

We would like to inform you about some important points for 2011–2012 Academic Year and coming session.

   1.       2011-2012 Academic Year ends on 21.June.2012.

2.       Final Exams will be held between 16.June.2012 and 21.June.2012. In case of any unavoidable circumstances there may be some modifications on the Final Exams Schedule.

3.       Report Cards will be distributed on 25.June.2012 between 10:00 a.m. and 12:00 p.m.in relevant branches.

4.       You are kindly requested to clear all the necessary payments including school magazine fee for 2011–2012 Academic Year by 15.June.2012 so that the report cards could be given to you on time.

5.       2012–2013 Academic Year will start on 02.September.2012.

6.       Re-admission will be started on 26.June.2012 and will be done only in our Main Campus (Plot: 7, Road: 6, Sector: 4, Uttara, Dhaka). You are requested to show your ward’s Report Card and Fee Card to Account Section during re-admission.

7.       Re-admission must be completed by 26.July.2012. There are many students in the waiting list to get chance for admission to the school. After 26.July.2012 and vacancy in each class will be filled up with these students in waiting list. Therefore, for your convenience complete your re-admission process as early as possible. In this regard School Management will not take any responsibility for any inconvenience.
8.       Please be informed before re-admission that new fee structure will be applicable for 2012-2013 Academic Year. 
9.       Parents who have two or more children studying in our school should take Sibling Scholarship Appeal / Renewal Form from Admission Office and submit it back with necessary documents in order to benefit from Sibling Discount during re-admission process.

10.   To avail school transport, even you are already benefiting, (re)book your seat by completing the payment of the first instalment by 26.July.2012. School Management will not be responsible for any unavailability.
11.   Information about next session book lists, academic calendar, school uniforms, etc. will be given to you during re-admission process.
12.   All sorts of ready-made school uniforms, uniform fabrics, text-books, all accessories and all stationery items will be available at retail shop BNT (Skyline Galleria, House: 21, Road: 7, Sector: 4, Uttara, Dhaka). There will be no sale at any ITHS premises.

13.   Our Admission Office and Account Offices will remain closed between 01.August.2012 and 25.August.2012. 

14.   During summer vacation office hours in our school will be from 10:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m.
