Premier League Champion 2013: Rangpur Riders

After a long race Rangpur Riders won the ITHS Premier League championship. The team become undefeated champion and hold the first ITHS Premier league title by defeating Barisal Burners with 2 wickets. This two team also the counterpart in the group stage of the tournament and there also Rangur won that match. It was a great chance for Burners to take the revenge of group stage and they were in the right way while batting first by losing the toss. They put a huge target of 78 runs for Riders (11.14 rpo) but their bad bowling made easy for the Riders to overcome this target with 3 balls to spare.

Rangpur and Barisal secured their place for the final match of I.T.H.S. Premier League.

In the first semifinal match Group-B Champion Rangpur Riders face with Group-A Runners up Dhaka Gladiators. By winning the toss Dhaka Gladiator preferred to field first. Rangpur Riders made a score of 79 without loss any wickets. Their openers  Ariful Amin and Mehedi Hasan scored 34 & 17 runs respectively. The second highest run 28 comes from extras. Dhaka starts batting with a target of 80 runs (13.33 rpo) which was really huge target for them while Rangpur's superb bowling and fielding put them in a reckless position. They have lost 5 wickets where 4 was run out. They could manage to score only 41. Abu Humayed scored 9 runs and 17 runs came from extras.

ITHS Premier League Cricket Started

ITHS Premier League Cricket Tournament Started today with a huge crowed. Our Head of Section Mr. Zubeyir Bayram was  present at the opening day of the tournament.Two matches were played in the opening day of the tournament. There was a huge competitions in both matches.

The first match was between Dhaka Gladiators (52 all out, Asef 16, Ridwan 3-12, Wasi 2-8 ) and Chittagong Kings(52/3, ) become tied. In another match Rangpur Riders(16 all out, Adnan 4, Nibraz 4-7) beat Duronto Rajshahi(13 all out,Shahrear 5, Arif 3-11, Alif 2-1, Faysal 1-0) by 3 runs.

Manchester City Champion

After a long race Manchester City won the ITHS Champions League with a 4-2 win over AC Milan.

The normal time was a level with 2-2. The match goes to extra time. At extra time M. City Scored 2 more goals to secure their championship.

For scoring 5 goals Galib become the top scorer of the tournament.

Murfat of Real Madrid became best player of the tournament for his outstanding performances in the entire tournament

Our Principal Mr. Bedrettin Suata, Vice Principals Mr. Yavuz Koca & Mr. Kemal Yavuz, Head of Section Mr. Zubeyir Bayram distributed the medals to the players and Championship trophy to the Champions.

Manchester city and AC Milan makes it to the finals.

In ITHS Champions League the two semi final took place today . After the hard competitions Manchester City and AC Milan wrote their name in the final.

1^st semi-final:

Manchester city [1]-[0] Real madrid (goal- Galib, at extra time)
At the normal time the match finished without a result. So it goes for extra time and at the beginning of fist half of extra time Galib scored a nice goal for Manchester city. Rest of the time no goals come from any teams, Manchester City become the first team for the Final.

ITHS Premier League Cricket

The ITHS Premier League Cricket Tournament is counting down the days impatiently. Just one day after the running football league, the tournamnet will start with six teams (Dhaka Gladiators, Khulna Royals, Duronto Rajshahi, Chittagong Kings, Rangpur Riders & Barisal Burners).

O & A Level Students in Picnic

The students of O & A Levels enjoyed a picnic yesterday at a picnic spot of Shalna, Gazipur.
